St Joe Rocket and Flag Football is committed to providing your child with a fun and safe experience while teaching them the fundamentals of football.
Divisions
Co-Ed
League is determined by age on August 1, 2025
Rookie Flag: 6-8 year olds.
Junior Flag: 9-11 year olds.
Girls Division
Senior Flag: Grades 7-8.

Practices & Camps
Practices will officially start on or after August 1st.
Practices days/times will be determined by each coach individually. Most teams will practice twice a week during the school year with games on Saturdays.
There are typically optional training camps during the summer months prior to the start of the season.

Fall 2025
2025 Fall Flag Football
Early bird registration opens May 1st. Register early! Jersey number selection is prioritized by registration date. Price increases on 5/16/25.
ROOKIE FLAG (Co-Ed) 6-8 year olds.
JUNIOR FLAG (Co-Ed) 9-11* year olds.
SENIOR FLAG (Girls) Grades 6-8.
League is determined by age on August 1, 2025
*12 year-olds can request waivers to play in the junior flag league IF they are going to be in 6th grade during the season. This waiver approval is done individually per player at a League level, not by the SJRF Board of Directors.
A limited amount of financial aid is available to those who qualify. Applications will be reviewed for annual household incomes less than $50,000. In order to be considered for financial aid, please review and submit the application (located HERE) by 6/13/25.
