St Joe Rocket and Flag Football is committed to providing your child with a fun and safe experience while teaching them the fundamentals of football.
Divisions
MINOR: AGES 8-9, See Rule concerning AGE 7*
MAJOR: AGES 10-12
* PLAYERS AGE 7 ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY IN MINOR LEAGUE with approval of community league director.
** PLAYERS AGE 9 WEIGHING MORE THAN 200 LBS WITHOUT EQUIPMENT WILL PLAY IN THE MAJOR LEAGUE.
***10 YEAR OLD PLAYERS MAY PLAY IN THE MINOR LEAGUE WITH LEAGUE APPROVAL. THE GUIDELINE FOR LEAGUE APPROVAL IS WEIGHING UNDER 70 LBS WITHOUT EQUIPMENT. THESE PLAYERS MAY NOT ADVANCE THE BALL ON OFFENSE AND MUST BE TAPED.
****PLAYERS AGE 12 MUST BE IN 6TH GRADE OR LOWER.
When
Registration ends on June 13th.
Games
Games take place on Saturdays during the months of September and October.
Practices & Camps
Practice officially Starts following the August 1st Season start date.
Practices will be twice a week during the school year with games on Saturdays.
Voluntary training camp conditioning begins Tuesday, June 23rd from 6-7:30 pm and will continue at the same time every Tuesday and Thursday until start of league season August 1.

****PLAYERS AGE 12 MUST BE IN 6TH GRADE OR LOWER.A limited amount of financial aid is available to those who qualify. Applications will be reviewed for annual household incomes less than $50,000. In order to be considered for financial aid, please review and submit the application (located HERE) by 6/13/26.
